Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The item must be returned with original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Due to hygiene and usage reasons, used or damaged hair accessories are not eligible for return unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used hair pins or hair clips
- Items damaged due to improper handling
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and assist you with a replacement or refund as applicable.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection. Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment or an appropriate refund method based on the order type.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product sent by us. Shipping charges are non-refundable.`
